- 1 Cup Organic Pancake Mix
- 1 Egg
- ¾ Cup Water
- 3 Tbsp Canna-Coconut Oil
- ½ Cup Wild Blueberries or mini chocolate chips
- Mix all ingredients until lumps disappear
- Turn the heat to med (warming pan)
- Pour ¼ cup of batter on lightly oiled preheated pan
- When the top of the batter is bubbly, flip the hot cake over & cook on other side until lightly golden brown
Enjoy with a drizzle of organic syrup and powder sugar.
