Cannabis Infused Chicken Stir-fry

Ingredients for Chicken:

  • 4 chicken breast
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 crowns of broccoli
  • 1 can baby corn
  • 6 carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups brown rice (Cooked)
  • 1cup orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 5 Tbsp cannabutter (you can always use the best, easiest and fastest way to make cannabutter using the Magical Butter.)
Sauce Ingredients & Instructions:
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ¼ cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • ½ cup soy sauce or Tamari sauce
  • ¼ cup Apple cider OR white vinegar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 1/2 cup vegetable, chicken,or beef broth
**Combine all sauce ingredients into bowl whisk until well blended** Instructions for chicken:
  • Slice chicken breast ½ cube size
  • Add OJ, soy sauce, red pepper, salt, and pepper (set aside)
  • Chop all veggies half pieces
  • Turn pan OR wok on high heat
  • Add chicken and cook until done (165 degree)
  • Mix in veggies with chicken
**Drizzle all cannabutter on COOKED rice, mix well ( set aside)**
  • Add sauce to chicken & veggies
  • Cook until thickens 4-7 min
  • Add rice and stir well
