Cannabis Infused Pizza Sauce

Everybody loves pizza. For the Marijuana connoisseur, though, this recipe is much more than a tasty slice of cheese and pepperoni. This “potza sauce” is one of the tastiest ways to medicate. When making this recipe, be prepared for a process that takes roughly two and a half hours. The yield will be 2 cups of pizza sauce.

Cooking Utensils/Ingredients needed:

  • 1 six-ounce can of tomato paste
  • 1 cup of water
  • Small saucepan
  • 1/2 cup of Cannabis oil (if you're fan of cooking with cannabis, check the Magical Butter here.
  • Mason jar with a lid
  • 1/2 tablespoon of dried basil
  • 1/2 tablespoon of dried oregano
  • Minced garlic (2 cloves)
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Cooking/Preparation Instructions:

Step 1: Combine all listed ingredients into a small saucepan and mix well.
Step 2: Once finely mixed, bring the mixture to a light boil.
Step 3: Once the mixture has come to a light boil, change to low heat and allow the mixture to simmer for about 25 minutes (stirring every 5-10 minutes)
Step 4: After 25 minutes of simmering, remove the pan from heat and allow the mixture to cool.
Step 5: Pour the sauce into the mason jar and cover with the lid. Place the jar in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Step 6: Apply the sauce to a pizza or enjoy it by itself!
