Pot Wangs

By: Shaquana Watson.

I'm not really a football person, or a basketball person or a sports person ,but I'am a self proclaimed chef and marijuana enthusiast and sometimes a female trapped in gathers surrounded by sports and food. Being such a laid back person I often do not understand the excitement that comes along with games , which made me think someone should throw a little weed the pounds of chicken wings sports fans eat over the season to calm them down. Therefore I created " Pot Wangs" and serve them to friends and guests during the on and off seasons!

Ingredients

  • Family pack of whole wings
  • Vegetable oil
  • Seasonings ( salt, pepper, parsley, goya, lawry's,etc) suggested 2tsp each at least when seasoning chicken
  • 2g grinded marijuana
  • Hot Wing sauce (store brand suggested as it can already use the most sprucing up)
  • 1 egg

Directions

  • Cut chicken wings in halve to increase number of servings making about 6 wings per group of 4
  • Bring Vegetable oil to a boil on stove placing chicken wings in pot to cook for 15. ( Be sure to flip chicken to assure fully cooked)
  • let wings dry on paper towel for 10 minutes
  • Take your olive oil and weed paste and coat your still warm chicken wings as much as possible with the paste
  • Let wings bake for 30 minutes at 350 in oven
  • Pour hot wing sauce into bowl with left over olive oil and tree paste add a few seasons for taste
  • Reduce oven heat to 270 and let bake for another 15-20 minutes

Chicken wings will come out tender falling right off the bone when you bite in leaving a tangy taste with a hint of green.
