HOW TO ORDER

You can order through our 421Store using coupon codes (which we will email you) to place your order with no upfront charges. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a digital invoice for the total charges. If you prefer to send us a list of products and quantities, that works too!

STOCK

If there is anything in the shop that has a lower stock than what you had hoped to order, just contact us here or email us at support@421store.com for availability and we can adjust your invoice based on stock.

WHOLESALE PRICING, MSRP AND MAP

All prices are listed in US dollars. MSRP prices vary based on the product plus cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice.

The minimum recommended price of our products (Minimum Advertised Price “MAP”), which is the minimum price for which you are permitted to advertise our products without express prior permission in writing. The MAP is not the price that we sell the products for when consumers contact us direct.

A manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) is the price which we recommend that the product to be sold in stores.

You may sell/advertise products for MSRP or more, but you are not permitted to advertise any products for less than the MAP without express prior written permission because, among other things, it may damage our brand.

ORDERS

Minimum order required on opening orders of 10 items in total. Initial orders for new accounts must be paid for before items are shipped out. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice. 

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Any changes or cancellation to orders must contact us here or email us at support@421store.com within 48 hours.

DELIVERY SHIPPING

Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 3-4 days for your order to ship. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.

DAMAGES / DEFECTS

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us here or email us at support@421store.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
