Blueberry Pot Cake


  • 1 Cup Organic Pancake Mix
  • 1 Egg
  • ¾ Cup Water
  • 3 Tbsp Canna-Coconut Oil
  • ½ Cup Wild Blueberries or mini chocolate chips
  • Mix all ingredients until lumps disappear
  • Turn the heat to med (warming pan)
  • Pour ¼ cup of batter on lightly oiled preheated pan
  • When the top of the batter is bubbly, flip the hot cake over & cook on other side until lightly golden brown

Enjoy with a drizzle of organic syrup and powder sugar.
