Cannabis Butter, Oil and Milk

This is an essential ingredient in many marijuana recipes. There are many different recipes for Cannabis butter; but this recipe is the proper procedure for the highest THC extraction. You must use decarboxylated cannabis. This procedure allows the most amount of THC to be extracted. You can substitute coconut oil for the butter.
Decarboxylation of Cannabis

Step 1: Bake ground cannabis at 240 degrees on a baking sheet for 30 - 40 minutes; stir every 10 minutes.

Step 2: Cool for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Now the cannabis is ready to be added to the butter.

Cannabis Butter

  • 1 pound unsalted butter.
  • 1 oz. decarboxylated cannabis buds or 2 oz. of trimmed leaf.
  • 2 cups water.   

Step 1: Add water and butter to medium sauce pan; bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer; add cannabis'

Step 2: Simmer for 45 minutes on low heat; remove from  heat.

Step 3: Pour mixture threw a strainer into a bowl or pan and cool in the refrigerator until butter is solid.

Step 4: Remove butter from the container and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks; you can store in the freezer for up to 6 months.

Cannabis Oil 

  • 4 oz. vegetable oil; any other cooking can be substituted.
  • 5 grams ground decarboxyated cannabis.

Step 1: Add both ingredients to medium sauce pot; simmer on low for one hour; remove from heat

Step 2: Stain the oil into an airtight container; store in refrigerator for up to 4 weeks; or in the freezer for up to 6 months.

Cannabis Milk

  • 8 oz. milk or cream ( you can sub. coconut cream)
  • 7 grams ground decarboxylated cannabis 

Step 1: Add both ingredients to a medium sauce pot; simmer on low for 30 minutes; remove from heat; and strain into a container; and refrigerate.  Use as soon as possible.
