A very important ingredient in this recipe expect cannabis olive oil, of course, is beetroot! Beetroots are an excellent source of folic acid and a very good source of fiber, manganese, and potassium. They are also considered a natural remedy for anemia, some studies suggest that beetroot juice might also stimulate red blood cell or help with iron deficiency. It also has detoxifying properties, so it is worthwhile to introduce this to your daily diet.

Smoothie is rich in color, has a strong and unmistakable taste, it’s a great drink packed with superfoods, good fats and vitamins. I think this recipe is not for everyone, but if you’re fan of the Bloody Mary cocktail, you will love it! Also instead of canna olive oil, you can add infused coconut oil, it will work well! If you want to give it an extra kick of flavor don’t hesitate and add few drops of Tabasco or even some garlic. This smoothie is even more refreshing if you add a bunch of mint and serve it very chilled.
