Hi, I’m Mary J. White, the cooking with cannabis lady.
I’ve been teaching folks how to cook with cannabis for almost a decade now in Seattle, and I’d love to share some of my recipes with you. I started out, as many of us do, occasionally using cannabis for goofy fun, but when I became disabled and pills weren’t helping I started to really look at cannabis as medicine.
I’m essentially completely healed up now, and can’t tell enough people about the wonder that is cannabis. I’ve written two cannabis cookbooks; “EveryDaymaryJ, A Practical guide to Cooking with Cannabis," and recently, “The CBD Cookbook for Beginners”, on Amazon.
What I’ve learned is not only how healing cannabis can be but how easily it can be incorporated into a healthy lifestyle.

Mix all ingredients together, chill, and serve with chicken, pork, vegetables, or Asian noodles. That butter melting over whatever you make will add delicious spicy CBD goodness. Yum!
