Tea is all the rage! everywhere I look there's someone trying to sell me different herbal teas that are suppose to calm my stress levels down, clear my skin up and reduce belly fat! When really they do none of the above however, I do have a easy step tea recipe that will not do any of the above, but it can definitely make you chill out.
Supplies (per serving):
Cut a small insertion near string on one of your tea packets just big enough to be able and empty all the content into the trash ( or recycle it for other tea) take your butter and coat the now emptied tea bag with a light layer of coconut oil you don't want it to be thick just enough for your tree to stick to the bag. Grind your marijuana up as fine as possible then slide it into the hole you made in your straight from the grinder or using a small piece of paper a funnel. It will than stick to the bag and you can close up your hole when you pull the string to place the new tea bag in the cup along with your other flavored tea packet. Add your preferred amount of honey for sweetener and a few slices of lemon and you have a cup of herbal goodness. The steam coming from your cup of tea creates a wonderful scent mixed with your ingredients and marijuana strains. You can enjoy the tea first thing in the morning as a wake and bake alternative or at the end of a stressful day to make a relaxing evening. When taking your tea to go a coffee cup will mask the smell.Personal Tip: Although NOT proven by a medical professional. If you are feeling a bit under the weather or allergies have your stopped up make recipe with chamomile tea, cough drops, extra honey (local if possible), lemon and a mint leaf. The tea can be used a preventative measure for sore throats as well as a sinus opener due to its powerful steam scent.
