This is the best weed brownie recipe of all time. Or that's what I think.
“Special brownies” need no introduction to the marijuana edibles community. For those who don't have easy access to quality weed brownies, even if they live close to a dispensary: Go homemade. They will taste better, you will also have good control the amount of cannabis you want to put in there. I suggest to use full 3 grams of cannabis for this recipe, however, if you tried it out and felt it's too much of a dose for you, you can use less.
Got this weed brownie recipe with butter idea from this coffee shop I worked for in Alexandria, VA. The chef was Italian-Moroccan, and he created the recipe himself. The taste and texture is different than any brownies I've had before. I started experimenting with the main ingredients, using Cannabis infused Almond Butter instead a regular almond butter. Some other modifications here and there to accommodate the new ingredient, cannabutter.

2 cups of canna-almond butter. I prefer Kirkland Creamy Almond butter. Check our 1 Gram Cannabutter Recipe (don't forget to decarb your weed), use almond butter instead of regular butter. Try to make sure to infuse around 3 grams of weed, as I mentioned earlier in the post, make your first weed brownies batch and try out. And don't be stupid and eat the whole thing. Start off with a small piece, wait like 30 minutes and then re-evaluate. If you felt it's too much of a dose for you, you can use less weed for your next batch. Each one of us has different tolerance level and taste, so there is no perfect recipe for all of us.
4 tbsp flaxseed
1 tsp salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1.5 cup coconut palm sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven on 325 degrees. Don’t bake a marijuana recipe above 340 degrees Fahrenheit. At higher temperature, THC may start to degrade, and you may lose the expected potency effect.
Mix all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a medium sized bowl
Fold in chocolate chips
Pour into greased "8 x 8" baking tray, The weed brownies batter should be about 1 inch deep
Bake for 25 minutes
Cool for 10 minutes
Wait! We're not Done. Now, bake for another 10 minutes
Freeze before cutting.
Save in the freezer.
