Marco's Gluten Free Almond Butter Weed Brownies Recipe

By Ayad Maher

Yield: 16 brownies.

This is the best weed brownies recipe of all time.

Special brownies” need no introduction to the marijuana edibles community. For those who don't have easy access to quality weed brownies, even if they live close to a dispensary: Go homemade. They will taste better, you will also have good control the amount of cannabis you want to put in there. I suggest to use full 3 grams of cannabis for this recipe, however, if you tried it out and felt it's too much of a dose for you, you can use less.

Got this weed brownies recipe idea from this coffee shop I worked for in Alexandria, VA. The chef was Italian-Moroccan, and he created the recipe himself. The taste and texture is different than any brownies I've had before. I started experimenting with the main ingredients, using Cannabis infused Almond Butter instead a regular almond butter. Some other modifications here and there to accommodate the new ingredient, Marijuana.

So here is where I am now. If you end up trying it out, please let me know what you think, and if you can suggest any changes. I'm all ears.

  • 2 cups of canna-almond butter. I prefer Kirkland Creamy Almond butter. Check our 1 Gram Cannabutter Recipe, use almond butter instead of regular butter. Try to make sure to infuse around 3 grams of weed, as I mentioned earlier in the post, make your first weed brownies batch and try out. And don't be stupid and eat the whole thing. Start off with a small piece, wait like 30 minutes and then re-evaluate. If you felt it's too much of a dose for you, you can use less weed for your next batch. Each one of us has different tolerance level and taste, so there is no perfect recipe for all of us.
  • 4 tbsp flaxseed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup coconut palm sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

water pipe and bogs

  1. Preheat the oven on 325 degrees. Don’t bake a marijuana recipe above 340 degrees Fahrenheit. At higher temperature, THC may start to degrade, and you may lose the expected potency effect.
  2. Mix all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a medium sized bowl
  3. Fold in chocolate chips
  4. Pour into greased "8 x 8" baking tray, The weed brownies batter should be about 1 inch deep
  5. Bake for 25 minutes
  6. Cool for 10 minutes
  7. Wait! We're not Done. Now, bake for another 10 minutes
  8. Freeze before cutting.

If you end up making it, please let me know what you think in the comment below.

Stay baked my friends.

If you just want to make the regular weed brownies, here is how:
